This is the first book I have read from Eve Langlais. Therefore, I didn't know what to expect. Right off the bat, the first page lets you know that the main character is a witch. I love reading books that include magic, dragons, mystery, or anything out of the ordinary. Knowing this book was going to include a witch peaked my interest.
The main character, Naomi, is a woman in her 40s. Also being in my 40s, I was able to share some of the things she was going through physically and mentally. I could only wish to have the magical house she lives in. If I need a bedroom for a guest, the house would magically build on. If I didn't like the color of my wall, the house could magically paint it to the color I would like. Although, I would not want to live Naomi's life; Her husband tried to murder her, she lost both her parents and grandparents, and to top it all off, she is learning that she may be in danger.
At the end of the book, you do find out that you can read a different alternate ending. I did not read the alternate ending, because I was okay with how this book ended. Somethings in the end annoyed me a little, but overall, I think it was a very good ending.
"Don't Stop Believing" is filled with suspense, romance, and magic. This book is an easy read, but kept me guessing how things would turn out until the end.
